Return Policy

 

• An order is eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Return / Cancellation are not accepted for orders with custom tailoring. 
• Customers can initiate a return request on the following circumstances

o   Item is damage / defective	o   Refund / Discount Coupon
o   Incorrect item delivered	o   Refund / Discount Coupon
o   Colour different from picture	o   Refund/ Discount Coupon
o   I do not like the product.	o   Discount Coupon

 

• If you need to return an item, simply shoot us an email at Info@kotasilk.comwith the order details & the return reason, so our support team will analyze the return request and approve the same. 
• Once a return is approved, the item has to be packed & shipped to our ware house address shared on mail.
• The products must be returned in its original condition, unaltered and unused.
• The reverse shipping charges are borne by the customer only. 
• There is a 10% Transaction fees (Payment Gateway Charges). Which we will deduct while paying back to the customer.
• Refund / discount coupon will be issued after receiving the item and approved by our quality assurance team. Refund amount/ discount coupon will include only the cost of product. Any other cost incurred for the order by the company/ customer will not be refunded.
• All the refunds will be credited to the same payment mode through which the order was paid. The refund might take 7 to 10 working days to credit from the date of initiation.
